Want to become part of Autonapul? It’s easy, convenient, and contactless. Thanks to modern technology, you can register online and pick up and return the car with your smartphone (Android / iOS) or a chip card. Cars are available in designated parking zones, and you can see their exact location in the booking system. You can reserve a car for an hour, half a day, a weekend, or a week, whether in advance or right now. The service is fully self-service and available 24/7.
The keys are inside the vehicle, just get in and go, around the city, region, or even abroad. You can use shared cars in all cities where Autonapul operates.
Complete the registration form online. Everything can be done from home.
Choose the basic tariff, which requires a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 (by bank transfer or card). We also offer the option of registration without a deposit, where a 5% surcharge is added to the Price list, and in this mode it is not possible to activate the additional insurance Jistota plus.
Carsharing can be a great solution for companies as well. If that’s your case, use this form. If you have a Company ID (IČO), don’t forget to include it.
A few hours after your deposit is received (often sooner), you’ll get an email with login credentials for the booking system.
You can now make your first booking and start using Autonapul. To pick up the car, simply have your smartphone with internet ready. If you prefer, we can send you a chip card by mail.
Tip
If you register as part of your employer’s benefit program or using a promo code, select the benefit option in one of the steps. This way, you’ll get a more favorable tariff without a deposit. To use this option, you need to meet the agreed conditions, such as having the correct email domain, etc.

Book a car easily via the app (Android / iOS) or the website. You can reserve a car for immediate use or plan far ahead. Choose from four price categories: Economy, Standard, Comfort, and Grand. You can estimate your trip cost in the built-in cost calculator.
Tip
The app is ideal for quick trips and pickups. For planning longer trips, we recommend using the booking system on a desktop computer.
Before your first booking, go to the Billing tab in the app and add your payment card.
You can edit or cancel your booking in the app until the very last minute free of charge. Once the booking has started, it can’t be changed. The full reserved time is billed, up to 24 hours. The last unused hour is always free. We recommend this buffer to help return the car on time.
You can extend your booking during your trip if no one has reserved the car after you.
The app shows the exact address and map point where your car is parked. This appears after the previous booking ends.
Each city has specific handover zones. Pick up and return the car within these zones or from/to a designated parking spot. You’ll find the assigned zone in the car description in the app.
Your reserved cars are shown under the key icon in the app.
To start your booking and unlock the car, tap “Start Reservation”.
You’re not required to take photos or log mileage before or after your trip. But please report any damage or forgotten items via the app or our Help Line.
Tip
Use the navigation feature in the app to guide you to the car. Double-click on the car image to open map directions.
Shared cars are like your own - just with more variety. 💚
During your booking, lock and unlock the car as usual using the key or chip card for keyless cars. Find the key/card in the glove compartment.
There you’ll also find a green folder with all the documents and info, including a map of the handover zone. The CCS fuel card is also there.
Fuel is included in the reservation price. Use the CCS card from the glove box to pay. The PIN is printed inside the green folder and on the key tag.
The CCS card does not cover premium fuels, so only refuel with regular ones.
Please return the car with at least half a tank.
Tip
You can also use the CCS card to pay for car washes or vehicle fluids.
Return the car to its handover zone or designated parking space.
Make sure you haven’t left anything and that the car is tidy.
Return the key to the glove box (insert the chip into the cradle).
Close all doors and tap “End Reservation” in the app to lock the vehicle.
When making a booking, you can mark it as a Business Trip. If you want to use shared cars for work, we can issue invoices separately from private rides and assign them to a different billing entity. Just contact us.
You pay according to the time (hourly or daily) and distance driven. Billing is in 30-minute blocks. The cost calculator in the app already reflects settings like the optional Jistota plus insurance.
Fuel is covered via the CCS card, found in the green folder in the glove compartment (included in your reservation fee, but do not refuel with premium fuels, they are blocked on the card and will not be reimbursed).
The “Jistota plus” insurance add-on limits your maximum liability for damage. For the cost of one extra hour, you reduce your liability to CZK 5,000. The price depends on the car category, not the trip duration or distance. You can activate or deactivate it as needed.
After registering, it’s up to you how and when you use the service. There’s no monthly fee to pay. Just reserve a car that fits your needs - a small car for errands, a comfortable wagon with no advertising for a family trip or business travel, a van for moving, or a clean electric vehicle.
You’ll have access to dozens of vehicles in all cities where Autonapul operates.
All cars include a Czech highway vignette. The price includes service, insurance, depreciation even fuel. No need to worry about maintenance, inspections, tire changes, insurance, buying or selling a car. Some cars also offer Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. Others include foreign vignettes, tow bars, roof racks, or child seats/boosters. Learn more about extra equipment on the city pages or filter options in the desktop booking system.
Carsharing is growing in popularity, with more cars and more trips every year. For example, in 2024 alone, Autonapul’s shared cars drove over 1.3 million kilometers across the Czech Republic and Europe. We follow modern trends and prefer newer cars with lower environmental impact and more comfort, such as automatic transmission, cruise control, or phone mirroring for easier navigation and calls.
We keep Autonapul users up to date with news via email and our blog, and we also consult planned changes through surveys. Everything is available in both Czech and English. We see carsharing not only as a service offering significant savings to users, but also as one of the pillars of sustainable urban mobility.
