When an accident happens, we often hope that “at least it’s just the bodywork.” But even that can get expensive with modern cars. For example, a headlight for an Octavia III can cost CZK 80,000. In carsharing, drivers are responsible for damages just like if they owned the car. Thanks to carsharing services, you save yourself the hassle of handling the repair - we’ll take care of that. But your financial liability depends on whether or not you have additional insurance. A great solution for peace of mind is our accident insurance. With the Jistota plus option from Autonapul, you gain more comfort and protection.
So how does it work?
If the damage is caused by another party, it’s covered by their liability insurance and you pay nothing. If you cause damage, your additional costs will depend on the insurance option you’ve chosen.
With the Standard insurance, which is included in every reservation at no extra cost, the maximum deductible, the most you can be charged, is CZK 50,000.
With the Jistota plus additional insurance active, your deductible is only CZK 5,000. The cost of peace of mind is a fee charged for each reservation separately in the amount of one hour of the reservation price. This varies based on the vehicle category. It does not depend on the reservation duration or the number of kilometers driven.

Whether you bump into something in a parking lot or get into a more serious accident, the additional insurance ensures you’ll never pay more than CZK 5,000 out of pocket.

Reduce your financial risk in case of an accident
If the vehicle gets damaged during your ride, you’ll avoid high repair or compensation costs. Jistota plus protects you and takes over most of the financial responsibility.
Your deductible won’t exceed CZK 5,000
Every insurance has some level of deductible - it makes sense, as it encourages responsible behavior. However, with Jistota plus from Autonapul, your costs related to resolving vehicle damage consequences will never exceed CZK 5,000.
In other words, if you cause damage to an Autonapul car, you won’t pay more than CZK 5,000 out of your own pocket. Of course, unless you breach the General Business Conditions , e.g., driving under the influence of alcohol.
Price of Jistota plus
Jistota plus will cost you the same as the first hour of your reservation. It depends on the category of the reserved car.
The price does not change with the reservation length or kilometers driven. A big advantage is that this fee is only charged if you actually use a shared car. It’s not a monthly flat fee.
