Everything is simple and online including ID verification. We will create the contract immediately. Once you receive your login details, you already have full access to the reservation system.
Log in via website or app
The reservation system works via the Android / iOS app or in a desktop version. You need the app to start and end your reservation. The desktop version offers easier filtering of equipment.
Book cars online
You can make a booking at any time in advance – just a few minutes or even several months. Editing and timely cancellation of a booking are free of charge until the very last minute before it starts. For more conditions, see the Price List.
Pay by card
Before each trip, your bank temporarily blocks an amount on your card. After the reservation ends, only the actual price is charged, based on the kilometers driven and rental duration. Any difference will be released back by the bank.
Pick up the car on the street
You pick up the car without the need to hand over keys. Just start your reservation via the app or with a chip card. You can see the car’s location in the app, which will guide you directly to it.
24/7 support for you
You will drive new, safe cars. No worries about service, insurance, or parking. Fuel is included in the price of the reservation. We are available for you 24/7 on our Help line. Don’t hesitate to contact us.
Pay for fuel with our CCS card
During your trip, you pay for fuel easily with our CCS card – valid also for LPG cars and EV charging. At the end of the reservation, the car must be returned with at least half a tank. That way, it’s ready for the next reservation.
What we offer extra
We want to provide you with the best service. Selected cars include extra equipment at no additional cost, such as automatic transmission, roof rails, tow bar, Family equipment (booster seats), highway vignettes abroad, etc. There is no mileage limit. Trips abroad within the EU don’t need to be reported. Additional drivers are free of charge.
Return the car
Shared cars have their zones where they must be returned. It doesn’t have to be the exact same spot, but within the designated area shown on the map. Selected cars have reserved parking spaces, for example near Brno train station. This also applies to electric cars to ensure charging availability.
Basic rules
Return cars on time. / Return cars clean. / Return cars with at least half a tank. / Return cars to their home zone or a reserved spot. / Transport animals only in a carrier. Following these rules helps everything run smoothly and ensures your satisfaction. Thank you.
