How to file a claim during company liquidation

As of April 1, 2026, the management of Autonapul will be taken over by a liquidator. This process follows applicable legislation and aims to ensure a proper and transparent settlement of all liabilities and receivables. If you have a deposit or any other claim with Autonapul, it must be submitted to the liquidator within 90 days.

When a company enters liquidation, it may seem like the end at first glance. But if you are owed money, it is not too late. The key is to know what to do and to act in time. You may still recover at least part of your funds.

What to expect

The extent to which individual claims will be satisfied depends on the overall course of the liquidation and the amount of assets that can be realized. If the available funds are not sufficient to cover all liabilities in full, claims will be settled proportionally, meaning only a certain percentage will be paid. At this time, it is not possible to determine exactly what portion of claims will be reimbursed or the precise timeline for payment.

1. Keep track of the claim submission deadline

Once the liquidator publishes a notice in the Commercial Register, the deadline for filing claims begins. Here, the application must be submitted within 90 days, i.e. by June 30, 2026. Your claim must be delivered on time, sending it is not enough.

If you miss the deadline, your claim does not expire.
But in reality, you risk receiving nothing from the liquidation estate.

2. Gather all supporting documents

Before you start writing your claim, collect all relevant evidence.

What to prepare:

  • contracts or orders,
  • invoices and delivery notes,
  • email communication.
In the case of a deposit, you do not need to provide proof of payment, or framework contract, everything is recorded. For example, write: I request a refund of the deposit in the amount of 5 000 CZK, which I paid when registering for the Autonapul service.

Clarify:

  • the total amount owed (principal),
  • any interest or contractual penalties,
  • when the payment was due.
The clearer your documentation, the lower the chance the liquidator will ask you to provide additional information.

3. Write the claim / notification to the liquidator

There is no mandatory form, but you can follow this structure:

Who you are (creditor identification)

  • Your name / company name, ID number (ICO), address, contact details, data mailbox.

Who owes the money (debtor identification)

  • Company name “in liquidation”, ID number, registered office, liquidator.

What you are claiming (explicit claim statement)

  • Clearly state that you are filing a claim against the company.

Description and legal basis

  • Explain why the claim arose, e.g. payment for delivered goods, paid deposit, loan provided under a loan agreement.

Amount of the claim

  • State the principal + accessories (and how you calculated the amount).

Due date

  • When the claim should have been paid, or information about default.

Security of the claim

  • If applicable, e.g. pledge, guarantee. Attach supporting documents if available.

Proposed settlement (what you request)

  • Briefly state that you request satisfaction from the liquidation estate.

Attachments

  • List all attached documents.

Date and signature

  • For legal entities, signature of an authorized person.

4. Submit your claim directly to the liquidator

Submit your claim to the liquidator Mgr. Ing. Ivana Zalesakova. You can choose from several options:

  • by email at: likvidacel@seznam.cz,
  • via the liquidator’s data mailbox: tmmypq2,
  • or by post: Mgr. Ing. Ivana Zalesakova, Sobesicka 93, Brno 61400.

The liquidator will respond to the submissions, but not immediately.

5. Follow the liquidation process

Submitting the claim is not the end. Respond to any requests from the liquidator for additional information. Wait for the distribution proposal, which will state whether and to what extent your claim will be satisfied.
Monitor new documents in the Commercial Register (liquidator’s reports, final report). This is where you will find out if and how much you will receive.

Where can I direct my questions
