These will help us to cover the increased demand from new carsharers who come to Autonapůl from AJO carsharing, which has ceased operations.

Arkanas have a modern design thanks to the spacious liftback body - so the boot lid opens, including the rear window, similar to the Škoda Rapid or Octavia non-combi. The bodywork is also slightly raised, making it easier to get into the car.
Shared Arkanas differ slightly in colour, or motorisation - most of them a non-rechargeable HEV hybrid, and some combustion ICE with automatic transmission. For more info, check out the article on our website or in the reservation app.
For simplicity, you can always remember
Renault Arkana means a car with automatic transmission, parking sensors and camera, equipped with cruise control and phone mirroring as well as navigation. And always with the new carsharing unit, guaranteeing instant responses to app instructions and an accurate GPS position when you end your booking.
You get this extra comfort in the second cheapest Standard category thanks to exclusive terms from Renault. (The same category as the Škoda Rapid, Renault Megane or Hyundai i30.)
Cooperation with Renault CR
The involvement of Arkanas is not the first collaboration between Autonapůl and Renault. Several models are already represented in the fleet.
And why is it interesting for Renault to work with carsharing?
"The data shows that especially for young people in cities, cars are not as important as they used to be, but they still need them sometimes. After introducing hybrid cars and electric cars to our range a few years ago, we also started working with Autonapůl, which has used and continues to use Renault Zoe and Dacia Spring electric cars and Renault Trafic shared vans from us.
The carsharing segment is a logical step on our path to sustainable and responsible mobility. Autonapůl's concept of car sharing remains true to the original goal of finding ways to relieve the environment and cities overloaded with cars, which is something we like and one of the reasons why we have established cooperation," Zdeněk Grunt, CEO of Renault Česká republika, explains his motivations.
To make our cooperation and Arkanas more visible on the streets, there will be larger stickers on the cars accentuating modern and sustainable technologies.
First feedback
The first reactions of our carsharers are enthusiastic.
Josef from Prague says: "Well, to sum it up - I love the car. 👍Here are some details. Comfort traditionally Renault - subjectively more pleasant sitting than in other brands. Very pleasant, can't be described, must try. I fumbled a bit with the radio/sound controls on the steering wheel for the first few minutes, before discovering the dedicated lever under the steering wheel on the right… after a while I got used to it and have to admit that this solution is actually more comfortable."
