Participate in the development of the first Czech carsharing and you will get something extra
What started as a project of several families and individuals grew into a cooperative operating in eight large cities of the Czech Republic and currently running almost 90 cars. Last year's 20-year anniversary of Autonapůl's founding demonstrates the stability, adaptability, and contribution of our company in the field of shared mobility. As we expand our services, we remain true to our values of providing great service, respect for the environment and public space.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to invest your spare funds more profitably than in a savings account and enjoy car sharing with a significant discount on top of that. Take the opportunity to contribute financially to the further development of Autonapůl and get your profit, too. You will support Autonapůl carsharing and the development of sustainable mobility in the Czech Republic at the same time.
Choose between 6.5-7.5% p.a. with different interest-bearing loan options from three to five years. Depending on your plans, we will be happy to find out an option that suits you the best. Suggestions are listed below.
The investment will be used primarily in several areas:
- Further development of the Autonapůl registration and payment system (including the introduction of card payments),
- the purchase of additional vehicles for the shared fleet for the spring and summer season 2024
- development and sales activities towards developers, cities and other larger customers.

Loan agreement
We offer you the opportunity to participate in financing the development of Autonapůl. We handle investments in the form of a standard loan agreement (according to the Czech Civil Code). Required minimum loan amount is CZK 50,000. You can choose from the two basic repayment options and select the length of the loan period.
- The first loan option has a basic interest rate of 6.5% p.a. and is repayable in annuity. Typically from 3 to 5 years. Repaid in quarterly, equal instalments, including interest and also a pro rata portion of the principal. This allows you to freely use a gradually increasing portion of the borrowed money again during the repayment period.
- We also offer an option with an interest rate of 7.5% p.a. We only send the interest in quarterly instalments, and the full principal is repaid after the agreed period of 3 to 5 years.
We repay the loan from the proceeds of all vehicles in operation, not just newly acquired ones.
Combined with the interest income, you will also have the opportunity to use Autonapůl's carsharing services with a 10% discount during the first year of investment.
Purchase of share
Interesting option for you to finance Autonapůl's activities may also be the direct purchase of a 1% stake directly in our cooperative, worth CZK 515 thousand. It can also be dealt with as a transformation of the principal of a previous loan or part of it.
Thanks to the decision of the membership meeting in November 2023, we can offer the sale of part of the company this year and therefore the entry to other members - financial investors. This option is limited and will not be repeated in the future after the exhaustion of the allocated shares according to the current strategy.

Autonapůl fleet
Last year we added a total of 28 new cars to our fleet, especially 15 Hyundai i30 estate cars and 10 Renault Arkana modern crossovers, mostly hybrids. This year we intend to continue to further renew our shared fleet, particularly in the still highly requested Economy category.
More than two-thirds of the vehicles now use the new generation of INVERS carsharing units, which are very fast in terms of app communication and have accurate GPS for smooth car pick-up. We want to further accelerate this technology renewal this year. To give you an idea, one new unit including installation costs around 1000 Euro.
What are the highlights of 2023 in Autonapůl
- The annual increase in newly registered Autonapůl users between 2022 and 2023 has increased significantly - by a full 100%.
- We have celebrated 20 years of Autonapůl.
- Awareness of carsharing is growing among individuals, families, freelancers, smaller and larger companies are using the service, and interest is emerging from municipalities.
- We launched a project carsharing as a benefit for employees not only for corporations and medium-sized companies, but also for Palacký University in Olomouc.
- We have started cooperation with the green developer NOHO in Hradec Králové, whose clients in the residential complex Cihlovka are provided with one of our shared cars exclusively.
- We listened to the demand for crossovers from some of the carsharers and included ten modern Renault Arkana cars in our fleet.
- We were able to offer the service to former customers of the outgoing AJO carsharing company, even during the busy Christmas season.
- The year 2023 was turbulent in many ways, yet we invested in new projects, which we launched especially in November and December 2023.
